简介
軍事狂人（艾哈利「太陽神13號」佔據了亞卡拉獄島，並設置多枚毒氣飛彈，正瞄準三藩市。一場恐怖的災難一觸即發，數百萬人的生命危在旦夕。當時間一分一秒地溜走同時，苦無對策的政府只可靠一位年輕的化學武器專家〔尼古拉斯基治飾〕及唯一一個曾成功逃離石牢的聯邦要犯（辛康納利飾）勇闖壁壘，拆毀所有毒氣飛彈，以解除這個危困。
